NEW ADMISSIONS FOR 2021
Due to Covid-19 restrictions we’re not able to hold our usual open days this year. However, we are able to offer tours for small groups of prospective parents. Please email email@example.com to find out more and book your visit.
Alternatively, to help you see whether Moorlands is the right school for your child when you’re choosing their Reception place for September 2021, we’ve put together a short video to show you what we can offer.
MOORLANDS SCHOOLS: RATED AS OFFICIALLY ‘GOOD’ SCHOOLS
We are delighted that in their inspections by OFSTED both our schools received a rating of ‘Good’.
Moorlands Schools Federation comprises two schools – Moorlands Infant School and Moorlands Junior School. In its 2020 inspection, OFSTED said of the Infant School that parents “praise the enthusiasm, energy and commitment of staff” and that the teachers “make sure that pupils become confident and self-reliant learners”. In the Junior School, the report found that “pupils learn about teamwork, gain confidence and have pride in belonging to the school community” and that the school “provides pupils with a rich set of activities to broaden their horizons beyond the classroom”.
We offer children who come to our schools a vibrant, friendly, fun and purposeful community where they can experience our vision of ‘space to grow for any tomorrow’.
WHAT PARENTS SAY ABOUT US
Moorlands provides a welcoming, inclusive, supportive environment
for children in fantastic grounds. It’s a school that has been unafraid to challenge itself and be progressive, particularly in 2020. It’s a vital asset to
the local community!
There is a lovely community feel and the staff genuinely seem to care for the children and want them to be happy… and to reach their potential. Thank you, Moorlands!
My children are proud to be pupils. They love their teachers and laugh every day. It has a great family atmosphere and feels very inclusive.
